Light buffet breakfast: $12.00 per person

Maximum 30 minutes duration for catering and minimum 15 guests
  • Seasonal sliced fruit
  • Sourdough ham and cheese or Tomato and cheese toasted sandwiches (v)
  • Iced water, freshly brewed Sprocket coffee, Tea Project tea and orange juice

Continental buffet breakfast: $13.50 per person

Maximum 45 minutes duration for catering and minimum 20 guests
  • Seasonal sliced fruit
  • Assorted cereal
  • Sourdough or fruit toast with preserves, spreads and Urban Hum honey
  • Iced water, freshly brewed Sprocket coffee, Tea Project tea and orange juice

Healthy buffet breakfast: $25.00 per person

Maximum 30 minutes duration for catering and minimum 20 guests
  • Seasonal sliced fruit
  • Quinoa and wilted greens salad
  • Hard boiled eggs
  • Sauerkraut
  • Avocado
  • Ricotta topped with toasted seeds and nuts
  • Iced water, freshly brewed Sprocket coffee, Tea Project tea and orange juice

Individual breakfast options: $5.00 per piece

Minimum order of 10 pieces of the same type
  • Smashed Bob’s Farm avocado on sourdough, Binnorie fetta and lime
  • Croissant with strawberry jam
  • Sourdough ham and cheese or Tomato and cheese toasted sandwiches (v)
  • Yoghurt, raspberry, pistachio and Urban Hum honey in individual pots
  • Toasted banana bread with whipped ricotta
  • Individual fruit bowl
Freshly brewed Sprocket coffee or Tea Project tea $3.50 per person
Orange juice: $8.00 per litre

Full breakfast: $35.00 per person

Maximum 2 hours duration for catering and minimum 40 guests. This menu can be serve plated or buffet style
Served to the table on arrival
  • Seasonal sliced fruit
  • Yoghurt, raspberry, pistachio and Urban Hum honey in individual pots
  • Basket of assorted fresh baked croissants and pastries
  • Danish pastries and muffins

Hot breakfast Options (please select one item)

  • Poached eggs, hollandaise sauce, shaved ham and spinach on English muffins
  • Field mushroom cooked in soy, Binnorie feta, potato rosti and Newcastle Greens sprouts
  • Smoked salmon, avocado, crème fraiche and poached eggs on a toasted bagel
  • Scrambled or poached eggs with crispy bacon, beef sausage, potato rosti and rosemary roasted tomato with Uprising sourdough
  • Egg white omelette, spinach, tomato and dill
  • Buttermilk pancakes with apples cooked in maple, cinnamon pecans and Over the Moon Jersey cream
Continuous service throughout Freshly brewed Sprpcket coffee, Tea Project tea, ice water and orange juice served throughout the meal
