Choose from three menu options and pick the refreshments and meals that suit your clients. Harvest & Soul are happy to tailor packages to ensure your event is a success.


Conference Package Options

Menu A

Package price is $45.00 per person. Available Monday - Saturday

The conference package includes chilled water and mints on the tables and served over an eight hour duration. Refreshment breaks are served over a 30 minute duration. Minimum 30 guests. Menus are seasonal and subject to change

Menu A Lunch Selections (select one)

Option 1 - Grazing lunch      
 
Served on platters to the buffet:
  • Tomato, roasted garlic and basil bruschetta (v)
  • A selections of point sandwiches (2 points per serve)
  • Spinach and fetta spanakopitas
  • Gruyere and potato croquettes (v) 
  • Thai fish cakes with dipping sauce 
Substantial items served to the buffet:
 
  • Crumbed fish and chips with tartare  
  • Mini fried chicken slider with garlic aioli

Option 2 - Executive lunch:     

Sandwiches and wraps—a selection  of the following:
 
  • Roasted pumpkin, Binnorie feta, pine nuts and wild rocket
  • Little Hill Farm Chicken, celery, herbs and garden leaves
  • Local prawns, coleslaw and cocktail sauce
  • Egg and lettuce
  • Smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese and cucumber
  • Double smoked leg ham, cheddar, pickles and mustard
  • Falafel, mint, yoghurt, hummus and tabouleh
  • Roast beef, rosemary tomato, rocket, horseradish mayo
  • Tuna, black olive, sliced egg, tomato and wild rocket

Option 3 - BBQ lunch    

Cold salads
  • Coleslaw; cabbage, capsicum, carrot and parsley (v)
  • Potato salad with parsley, shallots, mustard and egg mayonnaise (v) 
BBQ’d items
  • Beef burgers
  • Tasty beef sausages 
  • Marinated chicken thighs
  • Seasoned corn on the cobb (v)

Option 4 - Pasta lunch

Cold salads
  • Wild rocket, parmesan, pear and walnut salad (v)
  • Caprese salad, fresh mozzarella, vine tomato, basil, aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oil
Garlic and herb bread

Hot pasta (select two):
  • Sweet potato gnocchi, cavolo nero, walnuts and sage butter (v)
  • Lasagne of slow roasted butternut pumpkin, pesto, ricotta, topped with béchamel and parmesan (v)
  • Orecchiette, eggplant, tomato, chill, parsley and ricotta (v)
  • Spaghetti carbonara tossed with bacon, mushrooms, white wine, cream spring onion
  • Pappadelle served with a slow cooked ragu of lamb, rosemary and tomato
Hot pasta (select two):

Available at the conclusion of your conference, includes canapés and beverages
  • ½ hour (includes chef’s selection of 2 canapés and ½ hour of beverages)  $15.00 per person
  • 1 hour (includes chef’s selection of 4 canapés and 1 hour of beverages)  $20.00 per person

Menu B
