Lunch Menu Options

Light Working Buffet Lunch $12.00 pp

Sandwiches and wraps—a selection made from the following fillings:

  • Slow roasted pumpkin, Binnorie feta, pine nuts and wild rocket
  • Little Hill Farm Chicken, celery, garden herbs, mayonnaise and garden leaves
  • Local prawns, coleslaw, cocktail sauce and garden leaves
  • Egg and lettuce
  • Smoked salmon, avocado, cream cheese, tomato and cucumber
  • Double smoked leg ham, cheddar, pickles, mustard and garden leaves
  • Falafel, mint, yoghurt, hummus and tabouleh
  • Roast beef, rosemary roasted tomato, wild rocket and horseradish mayonnaise
  • Tuna, black olive, sliced egg, tomato and wild rocket
To finish
  • Fresh bowls of whole fruit
  • Add freshly brewed Sprocket coffee, Tea Project tea and orange juice for additional $4.00 per person
  • Add break items for an additional $4.00 per person

Hot Working Lunch Buffet $14.00 pp

  • Chefs hot soup of the day
  • Sourdough ham and cheese or Tomato and cheese toasted sandwiches (v)
To finish
  • Whole fruit pieces
  • Add coffee, tea and orange juice for additional $4.00 per person
  • Add sliced fruit or pastries for an additional $4.00 per person

Grazing Lunch $25.00 pp

Served on platters to the buffet:

  • Tomato, roasted garlic and basil bruschetta (v)
  • Chefs selections of point sandwiches (2 points per serve)
  • Spinach and fetta spanakopitas
  • Gruyere and potato croquettes (v)
  • Thai fish cakes with dipping sauce
Substantial items served to the buffet:
  • Crumbed fish and chips with tartare
  • Mini fried chicken slider with garlic aioli

Pasta Lunch: $25.00 pp

  • Wild rocket, parmesan, pear and walnut salad (v)
  • Caprese salad, fresh mozzarella, vine tomato and basil dressed with aged balsamic and extra virgin olive oi
  • Garlic and herb bread

Choose two hot options for your guests to enjoy from the selection below:

  • Sweet potato gnocchi, cavolo nero, walnuts & sage butter (v)
  • Lasagne of slow roasted butternut pumpkin, pesto, ricotta, topped with béchamel and parmesan (v)
  • Orecchiette, eggplant, tomato, chill, parsley & ricotta (v)
  • Spaghetti carbonara tossed with bacon, mushrooms, white wine, cream spring onion
  • Pappadelle served with a slow cooked ragu of lamb, rosemary and tomato
