The Customer Contact Centre (CCC) is located on the Ground Floor of the City Administration Centre at 12 Stewart Avenue, Newcastle West.
The opening hours for counter service are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays. We are also available for phone enquiries on (02) 4974 2000 between 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday, public holidays excluded.
The Contact Centre is the main port of call for the majority of Newcastle customers.
We provide information and advice on a wide range of subjects including rates, animal registrations, planning and development (building), trees, traffic enquiries, residential parking permits and associated studies.
Current applications for public notification, public display documents and notices are located in the main foyer area and are maintained and updated by CCC staff. Referrals to technical officers can be arranged.
