Reporting a fault will not exempt you from receiving a penalty notice and you are required to use an alternative payment method or another parking meter should your preferred option be unavailable.
Drivers must purchase and display a current parking ticket or have an active pay by phone parking session. Failure to pay for parking using one of the payment options provided or staying longer than permitted as shown on the kerb signage are offences that may incur a penalty notice.
