Waste-Book a Bulk Waste Service (Kerbside or Self-haul Voucher)

Please note: completion of this form does not constitute a booking.

If you request a kerbside bulk waste collection, a staff member will contact you to advise of your collection date. For electronic confirmations, please check your junk mail folder as your email provider may filter messages. We recommend that you add newcastle.nsw.gov.au to your 'Approved Sender' list.

Self-haul vouchers will be posted directly to the address for which they are requested, providing the entitlements for that property have not been exhausted.

If you would like to contact Council directly, please call 02 4974 2000 on weekdays between 7am and 6pm, except public holidays.
