Following is a summary of tonight's Development Applications Committee meeting.
Note: It is not a record of resolutions.

DA2017/01079 - 118 Church Street, The Hill

Council approved the DA for the demolition of a dwelling and outbuilding, alterations and additions to two dwellings and erection of a swimming pool and associated retaining walls on this property in The Hill.

DA2017/00426 - 54 Bar Beach Avenue, Bar Beach

The DA was approved and consent given for the demolition of a dwelling and gazebo and erection of dual occupancy and two swimming pools on Bar Beach Avenue.
