Integrated Planning and Reporting

Each year Council provides a high volume of works and services to the Community. On an annual basis we are required to report on these works to the Division of Local Government.

Code of Conduct

Council's Code of Conduct sets the minimum requirements for behaviour for Councillors, Council staff, members of Council committees and contractors in carrying out their duties.

Delegations and authorisations

The Local Government Act 1993 (Act), and other relevant legislation, authorises Council to undertake a range of functions by way of delegations and authorisations to staff (or another person or body such as a section 355 committee).

Your rights to access Council information are provided in the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA Act).
