Draft Newcastle DCP 2011
The draft Newcastle Development Control Plan (DCP) 2011 has been prepared to ensure consistency with the draft Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2011.
The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 is predominantly a conversion of the Newcastle DCP 2005 to a new format, to improve usability and ensure the DCP is in a format which can be easily read online.
The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 was adopted by Council on 15 November 2011. The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 will become operational on the date of gazettal of draft Newcastle LEP 2011.
