View draft Newcastle DCP 2011

The DCP provides controls for development which require consent in the Newcastle Local Government area.

The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 is predominantly a conversion  of the Newcastle DCP 2005 to a new format, to improve usability and ensure the DCP is in a format which can be easily read online.  The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 has also been prepared to ensure that it is consistent with the draft Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2011.

The draft Newcastle DCP 2011 which can be viewed below is Attachment A of the report to Council titled "Adoption of Draft Newcastle DCP 2011" scheduled for 15 November 2011.
