    Prelodgement

  • Lodgement

    44% of DA applications submitted to Council need to be amended or require additional information to be provided.

  • Notification & comments

    Development may be advertised and/or notified at the discretion of Council where it is considered appropriate given the nature of the proposal.

  • DA assessment

    Development applications are assessed with regard to Section 79C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

  • Determination

    You will be sent a formal Notice of Determination advising whether your development application has been approved or refused.
