Prelodgement
When considering what development may be permitted on your land you should consider a number of matters, including the restrictions applying to your land.

Notification & comments
Development may be advertised and/or notified at the discretion of Council where it is considered appropriate given the nature of the proposal.

DA assessment
Development applications are assessed with regard to Section 79C of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

Determination
You will be sent a formal Notice of Determination advising whether your development application has been approved or refused.
