Some important information that may apply to you:

• As of the 6th August an electronic copy of the plans and documentation is required to be submitted with all development applications and modifications. If an electronic copy of the application is not provided, additional fees will be charged in accordance with Council’s Fees and Charges. In general, electronic information should be formatted in pdf format and submitted on a (non returnable) CD-rom or USB stick. A document titled 'Application and Plan Standards' is available listed below that outlines in greater detail how the electronic copy should be formatted. A set of Frequently Asked Questions has been prepared to answer some questions you may have about when this will apply and what fees may apply.
• A political donations and gifts form may need to be completed when submitting a development application and/or modifications to a development application. You are advised to read Political disclosure explanatory statement for more infomation.
