The Local Environmental Plan is a legal document that provides rules and guidelines to control the use of private and public land through zoning.
Your neighbourhood, our environment!
The LEP rules and guidelines control the use of private and public land through zoning. It aims to reduce possible conflict between adjoining land uses, and ensure that there is adequate land to meet the diverse needs of a viable city.
