Development applications
Council is currently developing and implementing new systems to allow information on development applications to be accessed from its website.
While these systems are being developed, you can access information on development applications by completing a web request form or telephoning 02 4974 2000.
Please note that under the GIPAA Council must not release:
- The plans and specifications for any residential parts of a proposed building, other than plans that merely show its height and its external configuration in relation to the site on which it is proposed to be erected; or
- Commercial information, if the information would be likely to prejudice the commercial position of the person who supplied it or to reveal a trade secret.
