Council’s register of government contracts provides information about contracts to which Council is a party that have (or are likely to have) a value of $150,000 or more.

Land register

Council’s land register maps identify all land vested in Council or under Council’s control.

Register of investments

Council invests its temporary surplus funds in accordance with Council’s Investment Policy, Investment Strategy and State Government requirements. Council provides a monthly report of its investments to Council, which attaches Council’s register of investments.

Register of delegations

Council’s register of delegations is the formal instrument used to delegate the authority to exercise Council’s functions to Council Officers.

Register of graffiti removal work (Section 13 of the Graffiti Control Act 2008)

Council register of graffiti removal work records the graffiti removal work carried out by Council in accordance with the Graffiti Control Act 2008 .

Register of current declarations of disclosures of political donations (section 328A of the Local Government Act 1993)

To access information such as current donations and expenditure declarations lodged by Councillors with the Electoral Funding of NSW, please go to the Election Funding Authority’s website  or contact the Election Funding Authority on 1300 135 736.

Register of voting on planning matters (section 375A of the Local Government Act 1993)

 Council’s register of voting on planning matters (44.9 kb) records the names of the Councillors that vote for and against each planning decision of Council.  A planning decision is a resolution of the Council or a committee of Council that determines a matter relating to a development application, an environmental planning instrument, a development control plan or a development contribution plan.
