Use this form to get in touch with our waste collection team. Report a missed collection, request a bulkwaste collection or report damage to a household red/green lid bin. To report missed recycling services or to report a broken yellow-lid recycling bin please contact SOLO on 4947 5699.

Completing this form does not constitute a booking

A member of the waste services team will contact you to help resolve your issue or to confirm your bulk waste collection day and date. Your request will be dealt with according to the rules and standards set out in Council's Customer Service Charter. If you would like to contact Council direct you should telephone 02 4974 6066. Hours of waste services operation (7.30am to 3.25pm)
