Enquiry Centre
The Customer Enquiry Centre is located on the Ground Floor of the City Administration Centre in King Street, Newcastle.
The opening hours are 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
The Customer Enquiry Centre (CEC) is the main port of call for the majority of The City of Newcastle customers.
We provide information and advice on a wide range of subjects including rates, animal registrations, planning and development (building), trees, traffic enquiries, residential parking permits and associated studies.
Current applications for public notification, public display documents and notices are located in the main foyer area and are maintained and updated by CEC staff.
Referrals to technical officers can be arranged.
