How to get to Newcastle Airport at Williamtown:
Drive
The Airport is 21km from Mayfield shops via Kooragang and Nelson Bay Rd. Allow 20 minutes driving time, plus the time to get to Mayfield. From Cessnock and Maitland it is 18km from Hexham along Cabbage Tree Rd.
At the Airport, passengers can be dropped off at the departure terminal entrance.
Parking
Short and long stay parking is available for hourly and daily fees in several car parks. Undercover parking is also available for a higher fee. Allow at least 10 minutes to park and walk to the terminal.
Bus
Buses stop adjacent to the Airport terminal. Normal bus fares are charged.
Port Stephens Coaches provide an hourly service (every 2 hours at weekends) from Newcastle, Mayfield and Nelson Bay. The trip takes about 38 minutes from Newcastle Station and about 23 minutes from Mayfield.
Hunter Valley Buses provide services from Stockton, Medowie and Raymond Terrace.
Shuttle Bus
Several companies provide shuttle bus services that pick you up at a pre-arranged place and time and take you to the Airport for a flat fee. These include:

Taxi
