Fast Track Energy Efficiency
Save up to 80% on a detailed energy audit for your business.
The program caters for larger businesses using between 160MW – 10GW of electricity per annum. Council is working in collaboration with the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Water NSW to deliver the program in Newcastle.
What's involved?
Fast Track offers eligible businesses heavily subsidised energy audits for as little as 20 - 50 per cent of the original cost. The audit can identify opportunities to reduce costs and enable your company to develop a thorough business case for energy efficiency projects.
Participants select from three levels of energy audit including:

The program includes a sign up fee of $500.
Participants work through a resource efficiency module which assists in identifying other areas for increased productivity, focusing on increasing production process efficiency and waste minimisation.
Fast Track also gives participants the opportunity to upgrade at a later time to the more comprehensive sustainability program, Sustainability Advantage.
