Sustainable living

Are you attempting to live sustainably at home?

Are you Thinking Tanks, having Chooks in the Backyard, confused about Green Power, wanting to know how to compost, wormfarm and grow your own vegies?

Newcastle City Council runs free workshops to teach the community about the simple things you can do around the home to reduce your impact on the environment. These workshops are very popular, so bookings are essential unless stated otherwise.

Bookings can now be made for the Autumn 2009 program (275kb pdf.)

To book contact 02 4974 2543
