Newcastle Tram LP 284 The purchase of the LP 284 by Council dates to mid-1995 with the collapse and liquidation of the Newcastle Tramway Museum which had operated a number of historic trams on a section of disused railway line along the Newcastle Foreshore. |

Styx Creek at Nesbitt Park, Kotara There is currently a Sustainable City project underway in the Kotara/Kotara South/ Charlestown Styx Creek catchment area headed by Raspberry Gully. The overall aim of this project is to reduce the footprint of the area while saving money and resources.
