Our street party
Council's Our Street program offers an easy process for residents to be able to organise their own local neighbourhood street party in a safe and well managed way.
The ‘street parties program’ is a key Council strategy in the Community Plan. It aims to help people meet their neighbours, build a sense of community, reduce social isolation and lead to better and healthier local communities.
