Schools
There are now two application forms for schools who want to book a field during school hours only (8:00am - 3.30pm).

BounceBack SMS
The City of Newcastle has a system in place that allows sportsground users, clubs and associations to access sportground closures via an SMS sent from your mobile.
For 55 cents, you can SMS a code for an oval and receive a mobile phone message advising the status of the ground. To use this system, please download the list of oval codes (40kb pdf), then SMS your particular oval code to 199BBSMS (19922767). Within seconds you will receive a return message containing the status of that ground. For SMS help call 1300 552 189.
Information regarding sportsground closures is also available by phoning Council's wet weather hotline 02 4974 2468.
Council updates the sportsground information at 1pm each weekday. For weekend information please contact your club or association.
