The Newcastle Region Art Gallery is funded and administered by Newcastle City Council with support from the NSW State Government through Arts NSW. Funds are also generated from the corporate sector, the community and the Newcastle Region Art Gallery Foundation. The Gallery Society and volunteer guides support many of the Gallery's activities.
