COVID-19 Update

As we continue to do all we can to further limit the transmission of COVID-19 in our communities, the City of Newcastle Customer Contact Centre is temporarily suspending operations at 12 Stewart Avenue.

 

We are still here to assist you, between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday on (02) 4974 2000, on webchat or via our Customer Request Form.

 

Deliveries for City of Newcastle can be delivered to our Depot, 222 Turton Road Waratah NSW 2298.

The Contact Centre is the main port of call for the majority of Newcastle customers.

We provide information and advice on a wide range of subjects including rates, animal registrations, planning and development (building), trees, traffic enquiries, residential parking permits and associated studies.

Current applications for public notification, public display documents and notices are located in the main foyer area and are maintained and updated by our staff. Referrals to technical officers can be arranged.
