The Contact Centre is the main port of call for the majority of Newcastle customers.
We provide information and advice on a wide range of subjects including rates, animal registrations, planning and development (building), trees, traffic enquiries, residential parking permits and associated studies.
Current applications for public notification, public display documents and notices are located in the main foyer area and are maintained and updated by our staff. Referrals to technical officers can be arranged.
