It is important to report graffiti as quickly as possible, as it is easier to remove it in the first 24 hours after it occurs. Removing graffiti in the first 24 hours also can impact on the chances of it reappearing.

If you see graffiti on City of Newcastle property, we encourage you to complete the form below.

City of Newcastle is not responsible for removing graffiti on public buildings or structures we don't own including removal from privately owned, residential, commercial, retail and industrial property.

If you spot graffiti on the property of one of the organisations below, you can report it directly by clicking on one of the links:

  • NBN Infrastructure - army green nodes or street cabinets
  • Ausgrid assets - any graffiti located on a substation kiosks on footpaths, power poles, substations etc
  • Hunter Water - assets such as canals and open waterways
  • Transport for NSW - assets such as buses, ferries, rail, signage on bus stops, traffic lights and signals and wharves.
