Our Financial Hardship Support will provide:

The option to develop a payment plan for your rates.
Upon application, payment plans on rates that may be interest-free until 30 June 2022.

Who does this support apply to?

Our Financial Hardship Support applies to all residential and commercial ratepayers.

Are payment arrangements interest-free, and for how long?

Yes, no interest will be charged to any instalments made as part of your payment arrangement. The specific interest-free period depends on the agreed payment arrangement made.

Or contact Customer Service, who will put you in touch with a Debt Recovery Officer to discuss your hardship and negotiate a payment arrangement with you.
