How do I use my voucher at Blackbutt Reserve?

Discover NSW vouchers can be redeemed on selected experiences, including Critter Encounter, Reptile Encounter and Ranger Guided Tours.

Bookings are essential. Contact the office on 4904 3344, to book your experience. Please advise the number of vouchers being redeemed, and you will then be required to pay the difference over the phone for your experience.

How many vouchers can be redeemed?

You may use 1 x $25 voucher per person per day at Blackbutt Reserve. You will need to advise the staff when you make your booking. Multiple vouchers can be used towards the one booking (yet cannot be from the same person due to the voucher conditions).

When do I produce the voucher?

On the day of your booking produce your digital or printed voucher/s to the staff at the encounter. Staff will then scan and submit your voucher/s for redemption.

What if I don’t have the voucher on the day?

If for some reason you have misplaced or since the time of booking used your Discover NSW voucher, you will be required to pay the voucher amount/s at the Kiosk on the day of your experience.

What if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel your booking prior to the experience you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid at the time of booking. Your voucher will still be available for use as this will not have been redeemed.
