Youth Services

This consultation was conducted to identify current youth services provided by other organisations, as well as preferences for new activities, with a focus on the western suburbs of the Newcastle local government area.

In total, 110 young people and community organisations were consulted from October 2009 to March 2010 to plan services and lead towards the preparation of a city-wide Youth Services Strategy.

The consultation sought to increase the engagement of young people in the planning and delivery of activities.
