Draft Cycling Plan - On our bikes

City of Newcastle has prepared a draft Cycling Plan - On our bikes – a plan for safe and connected cycling in the Newcastle LGA.

Newcastle aspires to be a smart, liveable and sustainable global city. Changing how we travel is a critical part of this. More cycling - and walking - benefits everyone. Every time someone rides to work, to university, to the beach or to the local shops instead of using a car means less congestion, less noise and less pollution.
