Georgetown Local Centre

Georgetown Local Centre is set for an upgrade

On 29 July 2021 the elected Council agreed to carry out the renewal of Georgetown Local Centre. Community feedback on values, issues and priorities for the public domain within the Georgetown local centre is needed to inform the development of a draft public domain plan.

The draft plan will be placed on public exhibition for comment and further community feedback will be used to finalise the plan. The site plan below shows the area in scope for Georgetown Local Centre upgrades:
