Library System working and back online!
UPDATE: All maintenance has been carried out and our library system is now back online. You should be able to access your account online via our app or the online catalogue. You can also use all other features of our app and log into any of our online collections and resources as usual. If you experience any ongoing issues please phone us 4974 5300 or pop into your local branch.
Urgent notice for all customers:
Our Newcastle Libraries app and access to our online resources have been taken offline to perform urgent maintenance. This maintenance affects:
- Using the app the access your library account e.g. renewing or requesting items
- Using the app to search our catalogue
- Using the app to access our online resources and collections
- Access to our online resources and collections including our eLibrary
We apologise for the inconvenience; we expect the outage won't be for more than a few hours but we will update the website and our Facebook page when everything is online again.
Access to our online catalogue and your online library account affected by this outage but it is now back up and running. This means you can access your library account via our online catalogue to renew or request items or to simply search our collections.
