Tech Savvy Seniors: Live a Life of Continuous Learning
The Tech Savvy Seniors digital literacy training program offers free online video modules designed to help seniors develop the skills and confidence to get connected and participate in the online world. The program aims to increase digital inclusion, reduce social isolation, and increase access to online information and services among older people. Some videos are available in Arabic, Cantonese, Korean, Mandarin, Spanish, and Vietnamese. All videos offer closed captions.

We are excited to offer access to these local courses developed by TAFE NSW and Salvation Army Moneycare to support our community through this challenging time. TAFE NSW courses: In response to the COVID-19 pandemic TAFE NSW, in conjunction with the NSW Government, is offering a number of fee-free short courses that can be completed in just days or weeks, offering practical skills and experiences across a range of industries.

The eSafety Commissioner is hosting free webinar presentations to help older Australians stay safer online. It’s their way of helping the 4 million older Australians keen to improve their computer skills, but want help addressing online safety concerns.
