Supplementary Committees

City of Newcastle operates the following supplementary committees to provide advice and inform decision making on specific areas in line with the established Committee Charters.

Asset Advisory Committee

Provide strategic advice on and guide the development and implementation of asset policy and strategy for The City of Newcastle.

Audit and Risk Committee

The objective of the Audit and Risk Committee is to provide independent assurance and assistance to Council on risk management, control, governance, and legal and regulatory obligations.
