Street Stall Approvals
What is a street stall?
Street stalls are used by community based and not for profit organisations for the selling of goods and services in a public place. A street stall is limited to temporary occupations of a designated area for the purpose of attracting pedestrian traffic only.
A permit is required and Guidelines for street stall approvals is available for further information. All stall require the completion of an application form which can be lodged at the Newcastle City Council administration building.
