Council meets to discuss, debate and make decision on issues of public importance. The role of the governing body includes to direct and control the affairs of Council and provide effective civic leadership.

Public attendance at Council and Committee of Council meetings
Our Council meetings are open to the general public, however with limited capacity.
To ensure we comply to the current Public Health Orders in force and maintain social distancing, capacity is limited to a maximum of 15-20 persons. (Please note however, at Public Voice Committee meetings of Council, capacity will be further limited to allow for presenters attendance).
